There are some other items which make a total of $90, but he has uniforms provided as well. I do not think Mr. Bullio can live for less. The same informant says that it would cost his $350 at present prices to furnish his house and I recommend that Mr. Bullin's salary should be at once increased to $90 a month and that he should receive $125 more as allowance for furniture,
